I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet, offering a wonderful stay, but unfortunately, my non-smoking room seemed to have a strong cigarette odor, along with visible stains on the carpet and less than satisfactory bathroom cleanliness upon check-in.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel in the Holland, OH area. The rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable, offering a perfect retreat away from the elevator. However, there were some large stains in the carpet, hair stuck to the mirror in the bathroom, and dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we first checked in.
